You always read the stories about so-and-so has broken their arm and now they can’t work, please help them. So-and-so has broken their leg and now they can’t walk, please help. But you never really understand until you’re in the seat of being a victim of circumstance. And now, I’m a victim. And I’m asking for your help.
Since my posting yesterday about a serious art hiatus, I’ve had several people come to me and say “don’t give up hope” and “You can make it!” but it’s hard.I can’t use my right hand. I’ve stayed awake so many nights worrying about whether or not I’ll ever be able to even write my name again. I’ve cried for hours, and even beat myself up over the fact that this is killing me to do, but I’m asking for donations. Please, help me see a doctor. I don’t know what’s wrong with my hand, but I know that it’s bad enough I can’t open soda, and sometimes it’s a little thing like that that really makes you cry at night.
The doctor’s visit may cost anywhere from $300-$500, and the surgery I may need afterword will be anywhere from $600-$7000, depending on whether or not I need rehabilitation. I’m uninsured, and have been denied coverage for having a pre-existing condition. I can’t afford this on my own; no way in hell.

Please. I know I’ve been selfish in the past, but I just want to draw again. That’s all I want, and I wouldn’t be asking if I didn’t think I needed the help desperately. Please, help me get my hand back.
This is a pretty worthy cause! If this post can get over 500 notes from one-dollar donors, that’s already a huge step in the right direction.
Do a good thing and help out however you can!
